Yvallos ignites FIIRE Symposium with CCCI’s economic vision for Cebu

CEBU CITY – The newly elected president of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), Jay Yuvallos ignited the attention of more than 30 delegates and potential investors attending the Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE) Cebu Symposium at Citadines, Cebu City on March 1 as he presented the Chamber’s economic vision for Cebu.

“The business sector here wants to position Cebu as the Premier Investment Gateway in the Asia Pacific region through the Cebu Investments Development Concierge Center (CIDCC) project,” Yuvallos, in his opening presentation said.

The FIIRE Symposium is a collaborative effort between Cebu Landmasters Inc. and FIIRE which served as a pivotal gathering for industry leaders, stakeholders, and professionals, offering a platform for discussions on key issues influencing the real estate sector.

The event also presented a unique opportunity for the attendees to delve into the business potentials that Cebu has to offer.  Spanning six days from February 27 to March 3, 2024, the FIIRE Symposium kicked off in Manila for the initial three days before transitioning to Cebu.

The symposium's role as a nexus for industry discourse further solidifies Cebu's position as a promising hub for investment and business development.

Yuvallos urged the symposium delegates and potential investors to "Invest in Cebu, Prosper in Paradise,” and added that there are diverse investment and business opportunities available in Cebu accentuating the region's robust economic drivers and stellar performance.

Adding to the inspiration, Yuvallos unveiled the highly-anticipated Cebu branding logo, a collaborative creation between CCCI and the City Government under the CIDCC Project.

The FIIRE Cebu Symposium highlighted President Yuvallos' steadfast commitment to catalyzing investment and promoting economic growth in Cebu. Placing a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and sustainable progress.
