Converge hosts 7th Softball Tournament 2022 in Cebu City

CEBU CITY -- Converge ICT Solutions Inc. in partnership with Talamban softball club organized the 7^th Softball Tournament 2022 called “Hinapakay sa Talamban” that opened on October 23 at the Lhuillier Ranch, Barangay Talamban, Cebu City and this will run from October to December 2022.

Michael Maquiran, Converge Regional General Manager for VISMIN opened the event on October 23 and pledged support for community-building sports activities like softball. This comeback tournament is the 7th overall since it started in 2014.

“Converge is proud to support this softball tournament that has brought the community in Talamban together.  We promise to sustain our support for the sport, and we definitely, the next one will be bigger and better,” Maquiran said at the opening ceremony

 This year’s tournament marks the first time that a major corporation, apart from Lhuillier Group of Companies who are sponsors of the venue supported the softball cup.  Eight teams from the different softball organizations in Cebu participated in the event.
