Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes continues its 75-year legacy, opens 23rd branch in Cordova, Cebu

CORDOVA, Cebu— The Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes Inc (CFHI) opened its 23rd branch at the Cattleya Memorial Garden in Cordova, Cebu and had its grand opening/blessings on site on July 8, to continue to uphold its 75-year legacy of service excellence and support for Filipino families in their times of greatest need. 

“It is an honor to announce the opening of Cosmopolitan Cordova at Cattleya Memorial Garden which marks a significant milestone in our 75-year journey of serving Filipino families with compassion and dignity.  At Cosmo, our legacy is not just about providing funeral services, it is about understanding the cultural and emotional needs of our communities,” CFHI CEO/president Renato DyChangco, Jr. said at the opening event.

To offer a complete family memorialization service now with support of Cattleya Memorial Garden, CFHI also joined with the sales force of Cosmopolitan Climbs Life Plans Incorporated (CCLPI) and Angelica Life Plan to serve the pre-need insurance reflecting CFHI’s proactive approach to meeting the evolving needs of communities. Through initiatives like CCLPI Plans, CFHI continues to innovate and provide affordable life plan options that create a lasting legacy for generations to come.

At Cosmopolitan Cordova, CFHI continues to integrate its comprehensive services and pre-need insurance and life plan offerings, aligning with the Insurance Commission of the Philippines to enhance community value.  

In recognition of CFHI global standards, the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) in the United States lauded and honored the company for its “State of the Art Facility."

Kate DyChangco-Anzani, CFHI Marketing director revealed that adhering strictly to ISO practices, CFHI received Innovation Awards for its crematorium and memorial facilities.  The company introduced its 3D-visual mapping technology, offering families an immersive way to commemorate their loved ones. Recently, CFHI also launched its “Legacy Lounge” at its Cosmopolitan Araneta branch in Metro Manila, extending its hospitality and care to grieving families.
