Mezzo Hotel offers western-oriental fusion cuisine on its 5th anniversary

CEBU CITY—Mezzo Hotel at F.Cabahug corner Pres. Quezon St., Mabolo, Cebu City kicks off its 5^th year anniversary with a fresh twist to its restaurant menu offering a perfect fusion of western and oriental dishes at Café Mezzo, developed by its Executive Chef Berkley Ng and the full menu was introduced during its 5^th anniversary preview event on April 28. 

Pesto Pasta, Teriyaki Salmon, Blue Cheese Chicken Roulade, and Mango Shrimp Cocktail are just some of gastronomic delights that await diners as food is one of the key dimensions of the Mezzo Hotel experience.

“My passion was always about making food. This is one of the good memories I will always keep since I am honored to create another special menu for you,” Chef Berkley said.  Growing up with parents who owned a restaurant, Chef Berkley has been exposed to the kitchen at a young age and has developed a passion for cooking since then.

To celebrate this 5th year in the industry, Mezzo Hotel strives to elevate its overall dining experience including focusing on people and community as its key areas reflecting these in its series of activities this year.

One of its major activities is a partnership with Barangay Mabolo for its “Adopt-a-Community” project.  Mezzo Hotel gives back to its community by providing vulnerable groups with life skills such as cooking, basic housekeeping, and basic sales and marketing.

Special promos for rooms, functions, and activities such as Mother’s Day and Slogos Night are also lined up.  The monthlong anniversary celebration culminates with a Gala Night on May 30 where guests will enjoy a wide array of best dishes, followed by an awards ceremony and a night of enjoyment.
