Bloggers had a fun day Thursday for an Ensaymada taste test challenge @Bai International Hotel in Mandaue City.
Bai’s ensaymada recipe finds its origin from an age-old recipe handed down through generations, under the supervision and direction of bai’s executive chef, Melchor Lopez, pastry chef Allen Angeles.
These chefs infused adjustments and modifications to the recipe to achieve what it is now as bai Hotel’s signature ensaymada.
These delicious soft, creamy ensaymada are in classic, ube and mango flavors are a product of meticulous & thoughtful blending of the old & new.
Each bite gives you a nostalgic taste of the past and the flavor of the present.
Freshly baked daily & these are available at Wallstreet Cafe+Bar from 7:00am to 9:00pm for P125 per piece.
