CEBU CITY—The 4th Festival of Gadgets, organized by Rulls Cellphone and Accessories Cebu is still ongoing until October 25 at the Atrium at SM City Mall, Cebu City with the biggest and grandest display of gadgets here with the best deals on the newest cellphone and accessories.
According to Elon Cabuguas, Sales and Marketing Manager of Rulls Cellphone and Accessories - Cebu, they hope more people will take advantage of the great deals they offer during the event.
