MANDAUE CITY – Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) with its partners, iXidor Holdings iNc and Cebu Homegrown Developers, Inc., three of the largest and most successful developers in Central Visayas, opened the Mandtra Residences Showroom on March 1 at Barangay Casuntingan, Mandaue City that is expected to create economic development and growth in the Mandaue -Canduman area.
“With the establishment of the Mandtra Residences Showroom here, Mandaue City is poised for remarkable economic growth. The Showroom showcases the ‘progress of progression’ and this is truly a testament that we at CLI are always true to what we desired for. This is formerly a rattan factory, now we are here to add more to this growing City,” CLI chairman & CEO Jose Soberano bared during the opening and blessing of the showroom.
Soberano said that the Mandtra Residences showroom is for the three exceptional buildings that will not only enhance Mandaue City’s skyline but also contribute to the economic development from Kabancalan road that leads to Balamban road and the Mandaue Corridor. The Mandtra Residences will enhance this beautiful location.
“Our partnerships are well connected and at the same time we want to offer the best as a promise of a real development. One of the key advantages of the Mandtra Showroom and its associated projects is the strategic location. These developments are connected to major landmarks, such as retail centers, supermarkets, and other amenities that cater to high-end living,” Soberano added.
This integration ensures that residents will have easy access to everything they need, right at their doorstep. The opening of more roads in the Canduman area will provide improved connectivity to the northern parts of the city, facilitating smoother transportation and accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
The Mandtra Showroom and its accompanying
projects symbolize the shared vision of CLI, iXidor Holdings, and Cebu
Homegrown Developers, Inc. to create a vibrant and thriving community in
Mandaue City.
