MANDAUE CITY— The Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) launched the Mandaue Business Month (MBM) 2024 on July 17, 2024, at the Waterworld Hotel Cebu in Mandaue City with theme "Future Unleashed: Seize the Chance.”
"As we celebrate the launch of the Mandaue Business Month 2024 today, I invite each one of you to seize the chances that the Mandaue Business Month 2024 lays in store for us to unleash a bright and successful future, "MCCI president Mark Anthony Ynoc said, in his opening message.
Ynoc said that in today's rapidly evolving business landscape may present with new challenges to the businesses, but he sees these challenges as opportunities for a brighter future. He believes that by seizing chances to grow the business potential today, “we are actually unlocking a successful economic future for our businesses and our employees.”
MBM is the annual month-long flagship program of the Mandaue Chamber that features events scheduled between July and September, each designed to promote the thrust of providing chances for the business community to unlock a successful and robust future.
MBM 2024 Chair Walter Ong and Co-chair Marvey Alcantara added that this forward-looking mindset has sparked the vision of Mandaue Chamber and the team behind the Mandaue Business Month 2024 to leverage MBM as an effective catalyst once again for businesses to unleash a future of prosperity and innovation.
MBM 2024 events and activities started with its launching on July 17 at Waterworld Hotel Cebu to be followed with a tree planting activity dubbed as “Trees Brew Life” on August 3 at Mandaue Green Learning Park and on August 8-9, a Training on Cosmetics & Household Urban Hazardous Substances at the City Sports Club Cebu.
On August 14, the MCCI Business Summit takes place at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu; AI Empowers: Demo Day on August 15 at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu and an Investment Forum on August 21-26. Discover Mandaue: Industrial Plant Tour on September 2 with selected companies and Logistics Conference on September 12 at Bai Hotel Cebu.
MCCI also holds the “Lord of the Pins: Season 2 at SM City Bowling Center on Sept.18-Elimination Round and Sept. 19 for the Championship games and a “Food Trip”—Mandaue’s Best Kept Secrets: Food Trip around Mandaue City.
The MBM month offers business SO1 Safety Training on Sept. 23 at Sacred Heart Center Cebu; BOSH & COSH Training on Sept. 24-27 at Sacred Heart Center Cebu and on Sept. 27, MCCI gathers together in its “Chamber Night” at Oakridge Business Park.
