CEBU CITY – A new addition to Cebu’s hospitality industry is the introduction of Noble Cebu Hotel and its first homegrown limited-service lifestyle brand, a personalized Air-BnB cum condo-boutique living concept in affordable luxury grand residences in the heart of Cebu City.
John Cole, Chair Quantum Makati Residences and Hotels said they were prepared to open Noble Cebu in 2020, the pandemic delayed everything. “We are looking forward to this opening here and introduce the concept of service residences that originated in Hawaii, a home away from home.”
Ryan Bernard Go, president of Grand Land Inc. added that the Noble brand is part of our expansion plan for Grand Regal Hotel and Resorts portfolio. They the opportunity in this kind of market so the company decided to develop the Noble brand.
“This is a new generation of affordable luxury with a focus to the local lifestyle experience. We saw the growth of Airbnb in our projects with travelers blending business, leisure and seeking the local experience in their place of stay,” Go bared.
Noble Cebu is a 38-floor hotel and service residences with 100 rooms with two room categories - the Standard Deluxe Room and the One Bedroom Deluxe Room. The 22-sqm. Standard Deluxe Room has two single beds with cable TV, refrigerator and has free Wi-fi Internet connection. It is priced at P2,750 net per night, including free breakfast.
The One Bedroom Deluxe Room has a spacious 32 sqm. area with a living room, dining area and kitchenette. It has a cable TV, a refrigerator and free Wi-fi Internet connection. The room rate is at P3,700 per night and also with free breakfast.
It has function areas, a function room that could accommodate 80 to 100 persons and a meeting room for up to 20 persons.
Industry stakeholders projected that tourist arrivals are now in an upswing as the government has slowly eased restrictions and Noble Cebu has poised its opening and boasting its strategic location which is near the City’s business district and the airport. (Photos: MBCNewman)
