CEBU CITY—Mezzo Hotel at F.Cabahug corner Pres. Quezon St., Mabolo, Cebu City kicks off its 5th year anniversary with a fresh twist to its restaurant menu offering a perfect fusion of western and oriental dishes at CafĂ© Mezzo, developed by its Executive Chef Berkley Ng and the full menu was introduced during its 5th anniversary preview event on April 28.
“My passion was always about making food. This is one of the good memories I will always keep since I am honored to create another special menu for you,” Chef Berkley said. Growing up with parents who owned a restaurant, Chef Berkley has been exposed to the kitchen at a young age and has developed a passion for cooking since then.
To celebrate this 5th year in the industry, Mezzo Hotel strives to elevate its overall dining experience including focusing on people and community as its key areas reflecting these in its series of activities this year.
Special promos for rooms, functions, and activities such as Mother’s Day and Slogos Night are also lined up. The monthlong anniversary celebration culminates with a Gala Night on May 30 where guests will enjoy a wide array of best dishes, followed by an awards ceremony and a night of enjoyment.
Mezzo Hotel’s amenities include 151 guest rooms, 35 serviced units, luxurious function rooms that could seat up to a thousand guests, tailor-made packages suited to your liking.
