Mabuhay Miles, SMAC renew partnership

CEBU CITY -- Mabuhay Miles, flag carrier Philippine Airlines’ (PAL) frequent flyer program, announces the renewal of its partnership with SM Advantage Card (SMAC), a collaboration that started in June 2022 bringing together the two largest loyalty programs in the country.

“This partnership represents more than just a synergy between two esteemed brands; it signifies a commitment to enhancing the lives and experiences of our loyal customers, setting a new benchmark for the industry.  As we embark on this renewed journey together, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed to making this partnership a reality,” PAL President and COO Capt. Stanley K. Ng said.

Mabuhay Miles (MM) continues to set the standard in the travel industry as it offers exclusive travel perks and exceptional service, ensuring that members enjoy the rewards and benefits they deserve.

The new partnership also introduces an improved conversion rate where members can enjoy increased value with their SMAC Points and Mabuhay Miles. Effective September 1, the conversion structure of SMAC Points to Mabuhay Miles and vice versa will now be higher. This will now allow the members to shop more and fly more.

“For more than 20 years, SMAC has been guided by a commitment to service excellence and we’ve been offering unparalleled shopping experiences to our valued members. We are grateful to have found a partner in PAL Mabuhay Miles that shares our values and dedication to providing the best services and fostering customer loyalty,” SMAC Chief Operating Officer Kevin Hartigan-Go said.
