CEBU CITY – The Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) to address emerging technology, new business models and other challenges during the Mandaue Business Month (MBM) 2023, an annual series of events from August 3 to October 18 this year.

“We are entering a new era that technology has ushered in. Thus, our MBM 2023 theme is “Empowering Business for the New Era. New business models, artificial intelligence, changing geopolitical landscape, and a borderless economy are becoming the norm. We need to face these challenges head-on,” MCCI Vice President for Internal Affairs and MBM 2023 Chairman Mark Anthony Ynoc said.

At the launching of MBM 2023 on July 20 at the City Sports Club, Ynoc told media that the various events are aimed to equip businesses to cope with present challenges.  With the adoption of technology across all industries, the new reality changes as the sector struggles to reinvent businesses.

It is quite important to embrace the future and explore insights in the new era with one that helps achieve growth and positive impact for businesses, Ynoc added.
