CEBU CITY – Foundever™, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, opened its third location in Cebu at the Robinsons Galleria Cybergate on March 22 and it is the first Foundever™ hub in the Philippines after its global rebranding with the acquisition of Sitel in 2015 by Groupe Acticall and most recently with the acquisition of Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in 2021, and plans to hire 2,500 new employees this year.
