Gov. Baricuatro meets with civic groups, communities in Cebu

“True strength comes from collaboration between government and people’s organizations working hand in hand for Cebu,” Baricuatro said.

In another development, Baricuatro with her provincial team visited on day 97, Barangay Kantubaon, Tabuelan town where several families and government employees were among those most affected by the 6.9 magnitude earthquake.
